The hotel was well priced and in a central location next to the Tokyo train station, Quiet Neighborhood, and a more of a local neighborhood than a tourist area. The room was brand-new with twin beds, had a good night's sleep.

I stayed in a guest room that was really neat and well-organized. the view from the window was amazing! 🌆 the breakfast was pretty good - they had a nice variety of food options to choose from.

The rooms are really small and the personnel doesn't speak English very well. The hotel restaraunt is closed for the most of the time. However, the Hotel is clean and not bad. There's a good street and calm street near its windows. It's not so close to the nearest subway station (Kiba Station), but you will enjoy this promenade. In overall, it's 2.5 of 5 hotel. It's good if you have a economy-class trip, but nothing more.

The location, just a short walk from the Kiba subway station, made it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff, despite limited English, were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Tokyo.
